It's a conscious decision to think, walk and possibly, talk a better lifestyle.

Heena is really passionate about veganism. Her talk was simple and easy for the audience to understand, whilst carrying powerful messages. Her slides were very informative and included pictures that made us aware how our leather, wool, fur and down feathers are sourced. This made a big impact on me, and seeing the audience’s reaction, I am sure they experienced the same. Heena not only addressed the problem but the solution too. She listed a lot of local retailers where we can buy vegan products and whilst paying so much less, they will serve similar or even better purposes.

As an ambassador of veganism, Heena helps people facilitate the shift to a plant-based diet and lifestyle. Having been a vegan for almost 10 years and a vegetarian for decades before that, Heena has lived the experiences and messages that she shares.

In her enthusiastic and direct style of presenting, Heena will bring compassion and practical insight to the topic of going vegan and staying vegan. In her talks, she covers diet and the various elements of a vegan lifestyle, such as, travel, buying gifts, clothes, shoes, accessories, cosmetics and more. 

A qualified school teacher, and Nutrition Practitioner, Heena will:-

  • help you bust myths, such as, "You can't get what you need from a vegan diet!"

  • address common obstacles like "My family complain that it's too hard to cater for me"

  • help make the shift smooth and enjoyable by sharing the lessons she's learned and tips she's accumulated since 2008

Heena’s talk made me realise that following a vegan’s way of life is not as difficult or restricted as I thought it was and that making small changes can lead to a healthier way of living and help the environment at the same time. I was not aware that a lot vegan products are readily available and some are ‘vegan by accident’. Heena gave useful tips on what to look out for when buying not only food but even clothes, shoes, cosmetics etc. A truly inspiring talk, encouraging me to make these easy changes for a better lifestyle.
