The feel of Vegan Express
I loved the look and feel of Vegan Express. It was elegant and minimalist.
The food at Vegan Express
We ordered the following:-
Aubergine croquette: grilled aubergine and cashew mozzarella croquette, cherry roast vegetables served with a tomato pepper relish and pistachio pesto.
Taco platter: taco seasoned Oumph! served with crushed avocado, jalapeno aioli, lettuce, sweetcorn, nacho chips and a mango, black bean and red pepper salsa.
Teriyaki tofu: chargrilled tofu marinated with teriyaki sauce, served with broccoli florets, mung bean, sun blush tomato finished with mango and papaya salsa.
Mango and passion fruit cheesecake: raw cashew cheesecake with a generous layer of passionfruit coulis.
American style baked cheesecake: served with strawberry or raspberry chia seed coulis.
We thoroughly enjoyed the meal!
