What I thought of eating at by CHLOE.
by CHLOE. branches out to London
There's been a lot of hype about by CHLOE. and within a few months of opening their first restaurant outside America, they're branching out to Tower Bridge!
The atmosphere at by CHLOE.
The atmosphere was lovely! The staff were friendly, informal, chatty and warm. The layout was open, and inviting in different ways!
For those who wanted a casual catchup and wanted to sit on something a bit funky, there were the seats you see below. There were round tables with chairs, tables with cushioned seating against the wall, and a long table with bench seating as well.

The offerings are on the wall behind the tills, where customers go to order, pay and collect a buzzer, which will buzz when the food is ready!
The food at by CHLOE.
We went for the Guac Burger which is their most popular burger. It was nice, but parts of the burger were thin and crispy but so crispy that it was difficult and almost painful to eat.
We also got the Pesto Meatball which is presented like a hot dog. The meatballs were lined up next to each other and placed within the bun, which was then loaded with sauces. The pesto combined with the other sauces were delicious!
For dessert, we ordered the Cinnamon-Espresso Chocolate Chip and the Raspberry Tiramisu Cupcake. The cookie was thin, crispy and had different layers of flavours, and the cupcake was soft, fluffy, and had a surprising centre.
Am I glad I went?
Definitely! I love supporting vegan businesses, and like films, I tend not to listen to negative reviews, and find myself wanting to check it myself!
I loved the atmosphere, seating, the staff, the fact that it was 100% vegan and the presentation.
Would I rush back? Probably not. But then, when there's so many places to try out, I try and avoid eating at the same place, if it's a choice between that and trying somewhere new.
