A bit of information about me
I'm Heena, a qualified Natural Health Practitioner and a vegan coach. I have been coaching globally, since 2013, helping my clients with a range of things including shifting to a plant-based diet, embracing a vegan lifestyle, working out how to be around loved ones who aren’t vegan, transitioning from being a junk food vegan to a healthy one and so on.
