Itadaki Zen: using food to mend the body
Itadaki Zen is, Kings Cross, West London
Itadaki Zen is an organic and vegan Japanese restaurant. Their mission is for the food to taste good, but also heal.
The main restaurant fills with light during the day, and now that the restaurant is open for lunch, customers will be able to enjoy it. There's a counter table and many small tables, which makes it easy to accommodate people dining alone, those in a small group, as well as, larger groups.
Itadaki Zen gets very busy, so I'd strongly recommend that you book a table if you want to guarantee a seat.
There's also a private room which can seat up to 15 people.
Here are some of the items that I've tried.
Beyond food...
Itadaki Zen wants to provide a setting for people to enjoy food, company and art. They hold cross-cultural artistic events in the form of art exhibitions and live music, as well as, free workshops in which they discuss food, agriculture and craftsmanship.
