VIDEO: improving our physical and emotional wellbeing
The event
This event took the form of a webinar and it was live-streamed on YouTube. There was also a live Q & A at the end, which was really cool. It was a good way to gauge what the audience understood and find out what they wanted to know more about.
What I covered in the talk
During this event, some of the things I discussed were:
why physical and emotional wellbeing is important
what we need to know about digestion
things we need to know about absorption
why circulation is so important
elimination: what we need to be aware of
the impact of emotions
food to embrace
calming the mind

The speaker was not only entertaining but spoke with extreme confidence in a very light-hearted way.
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to all the points covered.
They resonated with me as I suffered many of these symptoms when I was growing up. In particular, work seems to bring on a little stress, so this improved my understanding of these symptoms better.
The talk overall was presented with extreme professionalism. I would highly recommend Heena as an external speaker.”
A mix of Gujarati and English
I was told that everyone in the audience would be able to understand English, but they would prefer it if I spoke in Gujarati as well. Thus I spoke in both.

“I attended the online talk. Heena was very informative. The talk was interactive as well. She covered what a good diet should look like. And also what to avoid or to keep to a minimum. She explained about exercises to keep optimal health. How to keep the mind active was also explained. There was also a Q & A session at the end.
The aim was to keep the body’s immune system at an optimal level.
I already try and eat healthy and keep myself active. The talk was like a reminder for me to keep on the right track in these trying times. Heena had mentioned about charcoal sticks to purify water and we are going to invest in them.
