Get a taste of Jeavons...
Jeavons Toffee
I purchased this festive collection because I wanted to gift it to someone whom I was going to meet over Christmas. However, we went into Tier 4 and I realised that I’d have to open the box as I was unlikely to see them any time soon! Poor me! Being forced to open the packet and have a taste! :)
What the festive collection included
Nuttee
I liked this one. It reminded me of the chocolate bar called Marathon, which was later renamed to Snickers. I could never eat an entire Marathon in one sitting but the Nuttee is a nice size. Just the right amount.
Almond Blast
I’m not a fan of Marzipan, so this one wasn’t my cup of tea.
Smooth
I liked this one. Less chewy than the Nuttee. It was softer. Yum!
Caramello
The Caramello was my favourite. Smooth caramel with nuts. Lovely.
Mint Smooth
This one grew on me. My first thought was that I prefer to keep mint and toffee separate but then it got better.
What about the company?
Well…they seem really nice. I called to ask if it was too late to order the Festive Collection as it had disappeared from their website. I spoke with Lesley and she explained that some customers got some leaky toffees, so they took it off the website while they made amendments to ensure that customers were pleased with what they received.
Lesley continued to explain that she could send me a link to pay for the product. Therefore, giving me the offer to order it even though it wasn’t on their website. The process was easy and smooth. Lesley was easy to speak to, friendly and very helpful.
Would I order from them again?
Oh yes! They have loads more things that I’d love to try! :)
