What brought me to Pastan?
I’ve been wanting to go for ages!
A friend had told me that they make their pasta from scratch and that it’s absolutely delicious!
It took me a while to make it happen but I’m so glad that I went.
The pasta
Fresh pasta is all made in-house too - much of the fresh pasta you'll find is egg-based, but Pastan make theirs with just water, flour and semolina flour. This actually comes from a southern Italian tradition of pasta making.

How was it?
They had lots of different types of pasta and a range of desserts.
The food felt nourishing, satisfying and decadent.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
I would definitely go back!
