Serving Vegans: a guide for non-vegans
What on earth do vegans eat?
Have you ever overheard someone tell a vegan or vegetarian that they must find it really hard to eat? Perhaps you've heard the question '...but what do you make and do you find it hard to eat out?'
Have you invited a vegan over for dinner and regretted asking?
Did you end up thinking 'What am I going to make for them now that I've invited them for dinner?' Or 'I better not get carried away and invite them, because they'll be a nightmare to cook for!'
Don't feel bad...if you're amongst the large number of people who can't imagine what vegans eat and you are under the impression that we can't eat out; I can understand you hesitating wanting to cook for us! But food shouldn't get in the way of friendship. Should it? If anything; it's a great way to bring people together! I don't think this should be any different for vegans so...I've created an eBook to help non-vegans cater for us.
Food shouldn't get in the way of love and friendship
I enjoy eating and trying new things too. I think a lot of people get some sort of comfort and joy with food, and for some, it helps them to relax, chat and build relationships.
To ensure that there's no obstacle for non-vegans who want to cater for vegans; I thought it would help to create a guide called Serving Vegans.
