If you love Sushi, you need to visit Studio Gauthier and 123V Bakery
Delicious Sushi at Studio Gauthier
Whether you like the taste of the sea or not, Studio Gauthier has you covered! I say this because I struggle to eat food that tastes like the sea. In the past, it meant that I hadn’t been able to eat Sushi because many of them had Nori in them. However, that’s not an issue at Studio Gauthier. They have a wide variety of Sushi, and I’ve loved all the ones I’ve tried so far!
I’ll be adding photos to this review in the future because I have more pictures that I need to dig out. I didn’t want that to stop me from sharing this review with you, though, so here goes!

“Frankie Philips, a registered dietician and spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association (BDA), says vegan diets won’t ‘necessarily always be a healthier option’ and it is important to check the nutrient labels on plant-based alternatives.
‘You can have a bad vegan diet the same way you can have a bad omnivorous diet if it is not well balanced,’ she says.
‘A vegan diet could be a bowl of chips and alternative cheese.’
Philips said it is ‘very true’ that a healthy balanced diet high in fruit and veg can reduce the risk of cancers, diabetes and other illnesses.”
