Loads of vegan options at Swing
My first visit to Swing
What can I tell you about Swing?
It’s a restaurant in West Hampstead
The dishes are influenced by Asia and the Mediterranean
The menu is vegetarian and they have lots of vegan options
They also have options for those who don’t eat gluten
I went there for the first time, a few months ago and I would love to go back again. The staff were lovely, the food looked delicious and it tasted even better.
We went for the sharing menu so we got to try eight different savoury creations plus one dessert each.
This is what we had:
Rosemary Garlic Bread
Corn Ribs
Tuna Tacos
Korean red cauliflower
Veggie Gyozas
Miso Aubergine
Portobello Mushroom with Truffle Bean Mash
Sweet Potatoes and Mushroom Tacos
No Calamari with Black Fregola
Chocolate Brownie
Coconut Panacotta
My favourite dish
I remember both of us loving the corn ribs. They were so so tasty!
Don’t believe them
When you come across people who say that vegans eat lots of salad, that their meals are boring, that they struggle to eat out, that it must be a painful experience and so on, remember this article along with the many others that have been written. :)
