Recipe: delicious spaghetti Arrabbiata

Ingredients for spaghetti arrabbiata with seitan
1 tube of Classic Seitan
A tin of chopped tomatoes
Around 260g of Baby spinach
Wholewheat spaghetti - I decide how much to put in when I see the rest of the dish, making sure that there’s less pasta when comparing it to the amount of sauce/vegetable/seitan etc.
Salt
2 bird’s eye chillies
How to make spaghetti arrabbiata with seitan
Put boiling water in a pan, add the spaghetti and let it cook, keeping the lid off the pan
Heat another pan and add freshly chopped chillies
After a minute or so, add the chopped tomatoes and mix
Cook using medium heat for 10 minutes
Chop the seitan into bite-size pieces and add it to the pan and stir
Add the spinach, mix and cook for a further 5 minutes
Add salt and pepper to taste
Taste and amend if necessary
Add the spaghetti to the wok, mix and serve
This meal was delicious and super quick to make!
