Ingredients for spaghetti with seitan
Chilli & Garlic Seitan
Half a large red pepper
Half a large yellow pepper
Half a large orange pepper
Half of a medium-sized Brocolli
A tablespoon of rapeseed oil or olive oil
Wholewheat spaghetti - I decide how much to put in when I see the amount of vegetables. Whenever making a pasta dish, I always load it up with more vegetables, than pasta

How to make spaghetti with seitan
Put the spaghetti in a pan, add water and start cooking it
Heat the oil in a wok
Add freshly chopped chilli to taste - I added one
Chop the peppers and broccoli add it to the pan
Chop the seitan into bite-size pieces
Add it to the pan and stir
Add salt and pepper to taste
Taste and amend if necessary
Add the spaghetti to the wok, mix and serve
This meal was delicious and super quick to make!
