Dudhi No Halvo
Sandip followed this recipe to make Dudhi No Halvo, which caught my attention from the minute I saw it! Why? The colour is stunning! Beyond that, it is soft and sweet and includes a variety of textures, which are created by the kind of, soft fudge effect plus the nuts which are within in it and on top of it. Very nice!
