The Love Shack: casual, fun, cosy and yet spacious
The Love Shack in East London
A couple of friends wanted to check out The Love Shack and they asked us if we’d like to join them. They know that I’m always up for trying out vegan options and even more keen on supporting vegan businesses, so off we went!
Seating
It was a gorgeous day, so we sat outside and enjoyed a feast before moving inside for dessert and some hot drinks.
Their mission
Their mission is to take over the world (in a very nice way) by becoming a global space for positive disruption, social action and universal love. How wonderful!
They hope to achieve this by:
creating a new sustainable community, movement and culture to challenge stale and conventional systems
inspire and empower every single person to live with love and harmony with themselves, others and the planet
by captaining a ship, (the 'Love Ship)', to Cambodia where they're going to set up a hostel and a sporting charity for street children
What we ordered
Gosh! What a meal! Here’s what we shared between the four of us:
Whole Lotta Love
Teriyaki Tofu Bites
No-Sin Duck Pancakes
Brazillian Doughballs
Crispy Chimmichurri Potatoes
Stiffy Toffee Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream
Young Vegans Chocolate & Peanut Butter Mud Pie
Would I go back?
Definitely!
There were lots more dishes that we wanted to try. :)
