Recipe: fruity and decadent porridge within 10 minutes
This recipe makes a nourishing, warm and satisfying breakfast, which is quick and easy to make.

Ingredients for vegan porridge
3/4 of a cup of oats - I use wholegrain oats. I’m not too fussed about whether they’re rolled, jumbo or something else. My focus is to make sure that they don’t have anything added.
2 conference pears
400ml of water
a pinch of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt - I use this one Natural Coconut Yog
How to make vegan porridge
Put the water in a pan and put it on a medium to high heat
Add the oats
Chop the pear and split it between 2 bowls
Sprinkle cinnamon over the pears
Add a tablespoon of yoghurt to each bowl and spread it around
Turn the heat off when the porridge reaches the consistency that you like
Pour the porridge over the pears
