Recipe: decadent, quick and easy Tiramisu
This recipe serves 4, it takes about fifteen minutes to make and it needs a couple of hours to chill
Ingredients for the Tiramisu
250ml of double cream - I used this one
150g of plain cream cheese - I used this one
vanilla sponge - I used these
decaffeinated coffee - I use these
cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
30g of coconut sugar - I use this one
How to make the Tiramisu
get a container that is big enough to dip the sponges in
make one cup of very strong coffee in the container mentioned above and set it aside to cool
add the cream, vanilla and sugar into a container and use an electric whisk to combine it until it’s thick and fluffy
add the cream cheese and whisk it again
put a tablespoon of cream into the glass that you’re going to serve the Tiramisu in
put each sponge in the container with the coffee and take it out after about 3 seconds
put the sponge into the same glass
add some more cream
dust it with cocoa powder
put it in the fridge for a couple of hours (or longer) before serving
