Delicious and numerous plant-based options in Hakkaland
I’ve written about our takeaway from Hakkaland. This article is all about how I felt about eating there.
The venue
Here’s what you need to know about Hakkaland…
Hakkaland is in Harrow
It’s not far from Harrow-On-The-Hill tube station
The cuisine combines Chinese cooking techniques with Indian flavours and tastes
The venue is large and can cater for individuals and large groups too
The staff are attentive
The staff know the menu well but if they don’t they are honest and humble enough to say that they’ll check before confirming, for example, whether a dish is vegan or not
The vegan options are vast
They can veganise a number of dishes too
It’s a casual smart place
The crowd can be quite trendy in the evening
The food
The photos aren’t great but what we ordered was yummy! Lots of flavour.
Would I go to Hakkaland again?
Yes, I would.
Could they be better?
If they introduced some vegan desserts, it would be awesome!
