All the things I loved about Stem + Glory
A bit of information about Stem + Glory
They’re based in Cambridge and London
They’ve been voted Best Restaurant in both locations
Everything is made fresh and on the premises
Each restaurant serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and has special tasting menu events
The vegan bar serves cocktails, mocktails, craft beer and wine
What I like about Stem + Glory
I absolutely love the minimalist, chic and elegant design. You can see from the photos I’ve shown below, that I wanted you to get a feel for the place because I liked it so much. I took many more photos but shared a select few!
The food
We liked the sound of so many of the dishes on the many but there were only two of us! We found ourselves wishing that we had more people with us so we could order more from the menu. We could have ordered more and taken the leftovers home, as wasting it wouldn’t have been an option, but we were both travelling afterwards, so decided against ordering more.
The food that we ordered looked and tasted so good.
Dessert
Again, we felt remorse because we wanted to try more. However, we used restraint, shared a dessert and managed to walk home towards the station afterwards! :)
Summary
Would I go back to Stem + Glory? Oh, yes!
Do I think it’s hard to find vegan options when I want to eat out? No way!
Is it harder to decide where to eat out because there’s so many vegan options everywhere? Definitely!
