Plant Shift

love ♥ living ♥ vegan

Following a plant-based or vegan lifestyle, is about food, drink, clothes, shoes, body treatments, hair products and more.

It's a conscious decision to think, walk and possibly, talk a better lifestyle.

I support individuals who are thinking about making the shift, as well as, those who have already begun their plant-based journey.

Eating vegan while you're travelling is so hard!

In the mood for something warm and comforting?

Vegan eats in Brighton

What's so good about visiting Brighton

I've been to Brighton a few times now and I see it as a vegan paradise! Why? The cafés and restaurants are simply amazing. The staff understand what vegans will and won't eat and there's a variety of vegan snacks, meals and desserts on the menu. Here's some of the other things I liked about Brighton:-

  • walks along the coast are beautiful
  • it's easily accessibly by train and car
  • the area is full of people from all walks of life
  • there are lots of boutiques selling funky things

Keep reading to see why I think Brighton is so amazing for vegans!
