If you want a quick, filling, easy to make, healthy snack; try this.
- Sesame Ryvita
- Peanut butter
- 1 banana
- Get some crackers
- Spread some Peanut Butter on the crackers - do this carefully or the crackers may break
- Slice a banana in half and then create further slices along the length of the banana
- Place the slices of banana on the peanut butter and you're ready to munch away

It's funny how ideas are formed.
What I've experienced has gone something like the 'conversation' shown below. Now, this wasn't a conversation with me. It was the 'other' person thinking out loud to themselves, whilst I kind of stood there!
